Doreen Toutikian is a cultural entrepreneur, curator, researcher, educator, and consultant. She is currently co-founder of LOOP, an organization based in Athens that promotes diversity in arts and culture. She is also founder and former executive director of Beirut Design Week, as well as founder & President of MENA Design Research Center. She is responsible for international collaborations for documentary and moving image at State of Concept, where she is curator of the Arab Feminist Films program. Doreen also lectures an MA courses on design research and theory at Academie Libanaise des Beaux Arts, where she is also a member of the pedagogical committee. She is based between Athens and Beirut.
