Frissiras Museum, with the exhibition “Studios in time”, presents ten distinguished women artists, whose creations are reference points for contemporary Greek art. The participants were not selected for being women, but for the continuity and consistency of their oeuvre across time, which condenses contemporary quests through various media, styles and materials. The works of these ten artists converse constructively on many levels, forming a multifaceted artistic outcome that reflects their relationship with art as a tool of personal expression as well as their long parallel courses in the field.
