T.A.F / the art foundation organizes for the eighth consecutive year the show Studios, which will be inaugurated on Thursday the 11th of January 2018 at 20.30 and will stay open until the 4th of February.

Beginning in 2011, TAF's staple exhibition showcases once a year selected works by the Athens School of Fine Arts graduates, which are part of their thesis. The exhibition, curated annually by the T.A.F. team, aims to highlight the work of emerging artists and aspires to illuminate aspects of artistic issues that arise during attending ASFA.

This year's exhibition brings together compositions, installations, sculptures, videos, paintings and engravings of eleven graduates. Participating visual artists begin from different starting points and references. Sometimes a living experience becomes the narrative frame of the work or it is essentially the work itself, and sometimes the artists handle broader concepts, attempting to some extent their taming. Places of habitation of memory and imagination, the entity of time, death as a fact, and its imprint were areas of reflection in their work.
